Therapy at Luminary is individual, couples, or family counseling built around cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other evidence based approaches, chosen to fit the person in the room rather than a fixed protocol. Sessions run fifty minutes, typically weekly at the start of treatment, and are available both in person at our Boston office and by secure telehealth.
