Most new patients are seen within a week of reaching out, often sooner depending on provider availability.
Our therapists work with adults and some adolescents. Our psychiatric providers primarily see adults. Contact us to confirm fit for a specific age.
Yes, you can change your preference at any time as long as you are physically located in Massachusetts for telehealth visits.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, which we explain during scheduling.
Yes, when clinically appropriate, including stimulant medication for ADHD, with careful monitoring and regular follow up.
Yes, and many patients do. With your consent, the two providers coordinate directly on your care.
